Rental conditions

  • The chartering of the boat involves the stipulation of an official lease contract in which the contractor must specify name, address and telephone references;
  • at the time of signing the contract, the contractor must show a photo ID or a driving license;
  • to sign the lease agreement you must be at least 18 years old;
  • the lease contract provides for the temporary assignment of a motor boat – the contractor must pay the deposit required by the lessor (500€ by cash or credit card) and ad advance of at least 20% of the rental price; the contractor must pay the full amount at the moment of delivery of the boat and no later than; payment possible by credit card or debit card;
  • the boat must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it – any damage to the hull, propeller or engine is the responsibility of the contractor;
  • you are insured in the event of damage to third parties;
  • the boat will be delivered with a full tank, mandatory on-board equipment, mooring lines and fenders to be used in case of mooring;
  • upon return, our staff will check the general conditions of the boat (hull, engine accessories and propeller) and full fuel is restored with an indication of the consumption made to be paid separately from the lease;
  • the boat will be delivered clean and sanitized – please do not leave cans, bottles, waste paper and so on on board, as well as you will not have to throw waste in the lake (you could incur a hefty fine);
  • all the prices you will find in this section include 22% VAT;
  • the rental time is from 9.30 to 18.00;
  • the delivery of the boat implies a brief explanation by our staff of the basic concepts on engine, hull, navigation, dangerous areas of the lake, mooring maneuvers, behavior in case of emergency;
